At Jaseu Signature, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return request. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product — an item that does not match your original order.
- Any other valid reason — please contact our support team prior to returning the item for assessment and approval.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped, factory-defective product) — Jaseu Signature will cover all return shipping costs in full.
- Change of mind or customer error (e.g. no longer interested, wrong variant selected) — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Options
Once we receive and verify the returned item, you may choose one of the following:
- Product Replacement — we will dispatch the correct item at no additional charge.
- Cashback — a full refund will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
