Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day upon successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier service assigned to your order. This applies to both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Courier assignment is based on your delivery location and service availability at the time of dispatch.
Shipping Rates & Payment Options
- Online Payment (Prepaid) — Enjoy Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. No shipping fees will be charged.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available upon request. A COD handling fee will be applied and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You may use this number to track your parcel directly on the respective courier’s website.
